Job summary

Machinify in the United States seeks a senior leader to scale its pharmacy operations. You will own performance, culture, and continuous improvement across a multi-layered team, driving recovery, efficiency, and strong workforce leadership.

You will partner with People Operations, engage with clients, and present strategy and results to the Executive Leadership Team, translating priorities into durable change across the organization.

Qualifications

• Progressive leadership experience in pharmacy operations or related healthcare domains.
• Proven track record of improving operational performance.
• Fluent with operational systems and data; quick learner.
• Experience partnering with technology teams to define requirements and deliver tooling or automation improvements.
• Executive-level written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience building and executing well-documented performance management processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a pharmacy operations org with direct reports from Senior Manager to Director.
• Build a high-accountability, high-support culture; remove waste from workflows.
• Coach managers to address underperformance and conduct clear conversations.
• Publicize excellent work; set visible standards for performance.
• Champion employee engagement and culture initiatives; be accessible at all levels.
• Partner with People Operations on hiring, workforce planning, policy development, and enforcement.
