Job summary

VytlOne seeks a Director of Pharmacy Accreditation Support to lead development and oversight of accreditation systems across our pharmacy network. You will coordinate processes to meet ACHC and URAC standards, drive policy updates, and ensure compliant, efficient operations.

The role involves partnering with leadership, guiding internal and external teams, and mentoring staff on accreditation requirements. This is a remote position with occasional travel to support operations and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of policies and regulations pertaining to the practice of pharmacy in multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Direct development and coordination of systems to meet accreditation requirements.
• Lead improvement projects supporting quality and accreditation.
• Develop templates, materials, and guidance for stakeholders.
• Create and maintain policies aligned with accreditation standards and support record management.
• Monitor changes to accreditation standards and advise on policy updates.
• Lead mock audits and gap analyses to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Provide training on accreditation standards and serve as SME for teams.
• Manage ACHC and URAC applications and related corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to readiness across the enterprise.
