Job summary

VytlOne in the United States is seeking a Specialty Pharmacy Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate key operational functions, drive efficiency, and support vendor relationships. This role emphasizes accreditation maintenance, training material development, and ongoing process improvement in collaboration with One Team.

You will manage projects, plan daily activities, monitor IT items, and ensure compliance with the company's Code of Conduct while supporting patients and partners.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in pharmacy or healthcare operations.
• Experience supporting operational workflows and cross-functional initiatives.
• Exposure to accreditation, regulatory requirements (URAC, ACHC, Joint Commission).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational projects with a focus on quality, outcomes, and timely delivery.
• Plan and coordinate operational activities and meetings with clear communication and teamwork.
• Support vendor relationships and manage IT items and tickets with accountability.
• Maintain accreditation needs and create training materials for consistency.
• Promote compliance with policies and complete required training on time.
