Job summary

Teladoc Health, Inc. is seeking an Operations & Transformation Director in Goleta, CA to drive operational excellence and transformation across the organization.

You will optimize end-to-end processes, lead cross-functional initiatives, and balance cost, speed, compliance, and customer experience while delivering high-quality service. The role reports to senior leadership and requires a strategic mindset with extensive experience in transformation, operations, and cross-functional program

Qualifications

• MS in Engineering or related field required; MBA or Business Administration also acceptable.
• 10+ years in business transformation, operations, and/or operational excellence.
• Experience with health systems and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational improvement and transformation initiatives aligned with strategy.
• Optimize end-to-end processes across key functions (Operations, IT, Finance, HR, Customer Service).
• Drive KPI/SLA management, performance monitoring, and profitability opportunities.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies with clear governance and timelines.
• Provide data-driven insights to senior leaders to enable timely decisions.
