Job summary

Alignment Health is seeking a Director, Process Improvement & Operational Excellence to guide cross-functional transformation in a Medicare Advantage setting. You will lead process redesign, performance measurement, and scalable improvements across the organization, partnering with senior leaders to deliver measurable outcomes and sustainable change.

This fully remote role requires 7+ years in healthcare operations leadership, Lean/Six Sigma experience, and strong KPI/dashboard capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of progressive leadership in provider operations or related functions.
• 5+ years leading large-scale cross-functional transformation initiatives in healthcare.
• Experience building business cases, roadmaps, and executive-level presentations.

Responsibilities

• Identify operational inefficiencies and lead redesign efforts to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives and drive implementation plans.
• Develop performance measures and dashboards to track initiative progress and impact.
