• Leads District-wide onboarding strategy and develops pathways.
• Coordinates new employee orientation and onboarding program.
• Ensures compliance with employment requirements before start dates.
• Develops executive dashboards and tracks onboarding completion.
• Improves time-to-productivity and employee satisfaction.
