Job summary

An innovative educational technology company is seeking a District Onboarding Manager to oversee and project manage the onboarding process for district partners. This role involves managing approximately 30 projects simultaneously while ensuring successful communication and coordination across various stakeholders. Candidates should have 2+ years of relevant experience, excellent organization and communication skills, and familiarity with tools like Asana and Salesforce. This is a remote short-term contract position with flexible start dates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management and/or customer success manager experience in a SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to independently manage 30+ projects on tight deadlines.
• Experience in EdTech and implementing SaaS products for K-12 schools and districts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and project manage the district onboarding process.
• Ensure district projects are on track by collaborating cross-functionally.
• Facilitate kickoff calls with new and returning district partners.
