Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a senior leader to drive the service line quality management program from strategy to execution. This role oversees the quality team, budgets, and partnerships to raise care quality and outcomes across the network.

The position requires an RN license and a Master's in Health Care Administration, with at least seven years in quality, regulatory, and program management within healthcare settings. Onsite, full-time role with extensive collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with a Master’s in Health Care Administration.
• 7 years of quality, regulatory, project management, and continuous quality improvement experience; includes 7 years in healthcare management.
• Knowledge of Lean and regulatory requirements; able to implement quality initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and continual oversight of the service line quality management plan.
• Direct human resource activities for the service line quality team, including hiring, performance evaluations, and engagement.
• Develop budgets and control expenditures; pursue partnerships and contracts for quality initiatives.
• Design change management strategies to improve service line quality and health outcomes.
• Ensure regulatory and accreditation readiness and compliance across the service line.
