Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a senior leader to oversee NSL quality initiatives, budgeting, and resource utilization across the Division. You will work with Quality leadership to drive system-wide programs that improve patient safety and clinical effectiveness.

This role requires MD/DO, board certification, and a track record of shaping care delivery and growth plans. You will partner with division leaders to deploy new delivery models and expand services while maintaining high care standards.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Board Certification in a clinical discipline.
• Graduation from an accredited medical school.
• Typically requires 10 years of experience leading and developing quality initiatives and programs.

Responsibilities

• Identify, implement, track, and adjust NSL-specific quality initiatives and performance metrics.
• Partner with Quality leadership to develop enterprise-wide quality and patient safety strategies.
• Align physician compensation with organizational goals; participate in related committees.
• Develop and monitor budgets and ensure achievement of financial targets.
• Oversee service line resource utilization and physician/APP productivity expectations.
• Lead deployment of new delivery models, practice locations, and consolidation efforts with executive approval at NSL level.
