Job summary

IEP Corp. is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing team and foster an environment where residents and staff thrive.

The DON will mentor staff, develop clinical policies, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with leadership to improve outcomes and staff satisfaction. Strong RN leadership and hands-on style are essential.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Experience leading nursing teams in skilled nursing/long-term care.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality improvement.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on, approachable leadership style.
• Genuine passion for resident care and team development.

What You'll Do
