Responsibilities

• Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality patient-centered care.
• Monitor and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with the management team.
• Collaborate with experts and managers to foster teamwork and improved outcomes.
• Support patient-first philosophy and engage in service recovery when needed.
• Operationalize nursing strategies to improve staff engagement and patient experience.
• Participate in interviewing, selecting, and training staff; support performance evaluations and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Assist with staff scheduling and labor management according to patient care needs and productivity guidelines.
• Support inventory control and equipment management.
