Clearbrook is seeking a Director of Nursing for the Rolling Meadows facility. This full-time role oversees nursing services for clients in an Intermediate Care Facility, provides medication administration training, and ensures compliance with DHS guidelines and sound medical practices.

Qualifikationen

• RN License required with Illinois credentials.
• Experience in nursing supervision or management is preferred.
• DHS approved RN Trainer with at least 5 years of experience preferred.

• Delegate medications/treatments to qualified staff as ordered by physician.
• Monitor outcomes and supervise delegated tasks.
• Participate in planning and implementing client programming.
• Coordinate nursing needs with other ICF nurses and staff.
