Job summary

AA Healthcare Management is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) for an ICF facility. You will oversee all nursing care, manage clinical staff, and ensure compliance with state and federal ICF regulations.

The role requires an active IL RN license and 2–3 years of DON leadership in long‑term care. You will lead care planning, staff mentoring, and quality improvement initiatives to support person-centered resident treatment.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Illinois with active, unencumbered status.
• Minimum 2–3 years leading nursing teams as a DON in ICF or long-term care.
• Strong knowledge of ICF regulations, Medicaid/Medicare standards, and person-centered care.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
