Clearbrook is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) for the Commons in Rolling Meadows, IL. The DON will oversee nursing services, provide medication administration training per DHS guidelines, and maintain medical service integrity for the program.

Responsibilities include delegating meds, monitoring outcomes, coordinating with ICF nurses, and assessing client health indicators to adjust care plans. Requires IL RN license and nursing background.

Qualificações

• Nursing diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of related experience in the past five years.
• Illinois RN license currently active.
• DHS approved RN Trainer with at least 5 years of experience preferred.
• Computer experience is preferred.
• Must be able to perform a two-person lift.

Responsabilidades

• Delegate administration of medications and/or treatments to trained personnel as ordered by physician for clients on caseload.
• Monitor, direct, guide and evaluate outcomes of each delegated task.
• Participate in planning and implementation of client programming; attend staffings as needed.
• Coordinate clients' nursing needs with other ICF nurses.
• Detect signs of illness or need for intervention; evaluate response to plan of care with QIDP/Program Manager.
