PowerBack Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced nursing leader to oversee day-to-day patient care operations and drive clinical excellence across our long-term care facilities. The role requires RN licensure, on-call availability, and hands-on leadership in a collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of nursing leadership in long-term care and 2+ years of clinical experience, with strong knowledge of MDS processes and state/federal regulations.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold a current Registered Nurse license in the state.
• At least 1 year of nurse leadership experience in long-term care.
• At least 2 years of prior clinical experience.
• Knowledge of the MDS process and applicable state/federal regulations.
• On-call availability required.
