Qualifications

• Licensed professional as per state regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication, both verbal and written.
• Thorough knowledge of administrative management, supervision, procedures and principles.
• Working knowledge of government regulations impacting Nursing Centers.
• On-call availability.

Responsibilities

• Monitor nursing center financial reports and implement corrective actions.
• Lead, guide and direct nursing center department heads who are direct reports.
• Promote and represent the nursing center in the community to ensure favorable public relations.
• Create an environment where employees are highly engaged, aligned with core values, and focused on high-quality care and compassion.
• Ensure regulatory and policy compliance within the nursing center.
