PowerBack Rehabilitation in Delaware is seeking an experienced Chief Nursing Officer or Nursing Leader to drive clinical and staff excellence in a long-term care setting. You will oversee day-to-day patient care operations, promote top-of-license practice, and lead initiatives to improve patient and family experiences within a collaborative environment.

Must hold an active RN license in the state with 1 year of nurse leadership in long-term care and at least 2 years of clinical nursing

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license in the state; BSN preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of nurse leadership experience in long-term care.
• At least 2 years of clinical nursing experience.

• Provide service and servant leadership, direction, and administration of day-to-day patient care operations.
