Job summary

PowerBack Rehabilitation in New Mexico's Clovis area seeks a Nurse Leader to oversee day-to-day nursing operations in a long-term care setting, driving excellence in care, staff development, and patient experience.

Ideal candidate holds an active RN license (BSN preferred) with 1 year of leadership in long-term care, 2+ years of clinical experience, and knowledge of MDS processes and state/federal regulations; on-call availability is required.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• Leadership experience in long-term care is required.
• Clinical experience is required.
• Knowledge of the MDS process and state/federal regulations.
• On-call availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Drive business excellence, staff excellence, clinical excellence, and patient/customer experience excellence.
• Provide service and servant leadership, direction, and administration of day-to-day patient care operations.
• Promote an environment focused on top of license practice and collaboration.
