PowerBack Rehabilitation is seeking an executive to lead our nursing center operations, overseeing financials, department heads, and community relations to ensure outstanding resident care.

The role requires licensing, strong communication, and deep knowledge of administrative management and regulatory compliance affecting nursing centers. On-call availability is required as part of a dedicated leadership position.

Qualifications

• Licensed according to state regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong verbal/written communication.
• Thorough knowledge of administrative management techniques, supervisory practices, procedures, and principles.
• Working knowledge of government regulations impacting Nursing Centers.
• On-call availability.

Responsibilities

• Monitor nursing center financial reports and implement corrective actions as required.
• Lead, guide and direct the nursing center department heads who are direct reports.
• Promote and represent the nursing center in the community to ensure favorable public relations.
• Create an environment where employees are engaged, aligned with core values, and focused on high-quality care and compassion.
• Ensure regulatory and policy compliance within the nursing center.
