Job summary

PowerBack Rehabilitation in North Carolina seeks an experienced nursing leader to oversee patient care operations in a long-term care setting. You will drive clinical, staff, and patient experience excellence, while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and the MDS process.

On-call duties are required. The ideal candidate has RN licensure, 1+ year nursing leadership in LTC, and 2+ years clinical background, with BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current RN license; BSN preferred.
• At least 1 year of nurse leadership experience in long-term care.
• At least 2 years of prior clinical experience.
• Knowledge of the MDS process and relevant state/federal regulations.
• On-call availability is required.

• Provide service leadership and administer day-to-day patient care operations.
