Overview

The Director of Nursing / Branch Director role will oversee the operations of our home health agency in Orlando, FL, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and compliance with Medicare regulations.

In this role, you will provide leadership, guidance, and support to our clinical and non-clinical staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. This role requires a visionary leader with strong clinical expertise, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for home health care.

Office Location: 5900 Lake Ellenor Drive, Suite 200, Orlando, Florida

Responsibilities

You will supervise the clinical operations of your team of field staff and report directly to the Agency Administrator. Organization, attention to detail, and effective communication skills are essential. You should understand issues related to home health care delivery and be able to problem-solve. Previous experience in home health and management, along with a good knowledge of OASIS and Medicare guidelines, will be valuable as you review plans of care daily.

Qualifications

1. Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state where the position is based.
2. Must be a graduate of an approved school of professional nursing.
3. Minimum of one-year nursing experience within the last 36 months.
4. Medicare home health experience is strongly preferred.
5. Previous management/supervisory experience is preferred.

Requirements

• Must have a current driver's license and automobile insurance.
