Overview

The Director of Nursing / Branch Director role will oversee the operations of our home health agency in Orlando, FL, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and compliance with Medicare regulations.

Office Location: 5900 Lake Ellenor Drive, Suite 200, Orlando, Florida

Responsibilities

• Supervise the clinical operations of your team of field staff and report directly to the Agency Administrator.
• Be organized, detail-oriented, and possess effective communication skills both orally and in writing.
• Understand issues related to home health care services and be able to problem solve.
• Review plans of care daily, requiring excellent knowledge of OASIS and Medicare guidelines.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to clinical and non-clinical staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state where the position is based.
• Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing.
• Minimum of one-year nursing experience within the last 36 months.
• Medicare home health experience is strongly preferred.
• Previous management/supervisory experience is preferred.

Requirements

• Must have a current driver's license and automobile insurance.
