Emergency Department Highlights :

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead daily ED operations ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality care
• Mentor and develop a motivated emergency nursing team

• Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline emergency protocols and improve patient outcomes
• Develop and implement policies that advance care delivery and safety standards

What You Bring :

• Active RN license (state of residence/practice)
• Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN or Bachelor's in a healthcare field required
• MSN or Master's in healthcare-related field preferred
• Minimum 5 years of ER nursing experience, with 2 years in a hospital leadership role
• Strong communication, team-building, and emergency care expertise
