Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Resident Care Director (RN) to lead the clinical team and ensure high-quality, resident-centered care. You will oversee health programs, care coordination, and regulatory compliance across the community, driving clinical excellence and staff performance.

Responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, conducting resident assessments, ISP oversight, medication management, and infection control, with collaboration across physicians and clinical partners.

Formación

• RN licensed with leadership experience in senior living or long-term care.
• Experience overseeing care programs and ISP processes.
• Strong regulatory compliance and QAPI involvement.

• Manage staffing, scheduling, and department budget.
• Partner with Sales to assess move-in suitability.

The Resident Care Director (RCD) serves as the clinical leader for the community, overseeing health, wellness and care coordination to ensure safe, high-quality, resident-centered services. • Ensure compliance with federal, state/provincial and nursing regulations
• Recruit, hire, train and performance manage clinical team members
• Manage staffing, scheduling and department budget
• Partner with Sales to assess move-in appropriateness

Pay Range: 93,808.00 - 129,584.00

In addition to base compensation, Sunrise may offer discretionary and/or non-discretionary bonuses. The eligibility to receive such a bonus will depend on the employee’s position, plan/program offered by Sunrise at the time, and required performance pursuant to the plan/program.
