Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Resident Care Director (RN) to lead clinical excellence across the community. You will supervise the nursing team, oversee health assessments, ISP development, medication management, infection control, and regulatory compliance, while guiding staffing, budgeting, and care coordination with physicians and partners.

Qualifications

• RN license required and current in good standing.
• Proven experience leading nursing teams in senior living or long-term care.
• Strong knowledge of federal/state regulations and infection prevention.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the nursing team and all care programs.
• Conduct resident assessments and oversee ISP development.
• Monitor condition changes and coordinate with physicians and clinical partners.
• Oversee medication management and infection control programs.
• Serve as CLIA and Infection Control leader where applicable.
• Drive QAPI initiatives and quality improvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Recruit, hire, train and supervise clinical staff.
• Manage staffing, scheduling and department budget.
• Partner with Sales to assess move-in appropriateness.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee medication management and infection control programs
• Serve as CLIA and Infection Control leader as applicable
• Drive Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives
• Ensure compliance with federal, state/provincial and nursing regulations
• Recruit, hire, train and performance manage clinical team members
• Manage staffing, scheduling and department budget
• Partner with Sales to assess move-in appropriateness

Pay Range: 95,368.00 - 131,664.00
