Responsibilities & Qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Ensure principles of assisted living and Bickford’s culture are integrated into resident care.
• Support clinical needs after hours through on-call scheduling.
• Maintain regulatory compliance.
• Communicate proactively with residents and families.
• Oversee medication administration in accordance with physician’s orders.
• Coordinate healthcare services with external providers.
• Manage partnerships with local vendors for quality external care.

Qualifications:

• RN license.
• Willingness to undertake additional training or education as required by specific states.
• CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
