Use your expertise to advance the lives of seniors and nurses, supported by an organization that cares like family! We are seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to work at our community. The ideal candidate has a passion for senior citizens and a desire to grow.
We proudly serve Pine Island and the surrounding communities. Our 70-bed facility provides short-term rehabilitation and long-term care for individuals requiring skilled nursing.
The Director of Nursing will be responsible for planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and directing the nursing service department, as well as its programs and activities. You will develop, maintain, update, and communicate facility, state, and federal policies and procedures that govern the daily functions of the facility.
As a leader, you will oversee nursing care functions, staff development, budgeting, customer service, and more.
Pay: $99,840.00 - $127,795.00 per year
