The Director of Nursing – Adult Services has its Advantages
As the Director of Nursing (Adult Services) at Devereux, you will work with dedicated professionals who share your passion for helping individuals in need. We offer:
Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health New York provides programs and services for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and dual diagnoses. Located in Red Hook, NY, this position is responsible for coordinating the overall medical services for the adult programs at Devereux. Responsibilities include scheduling and providing medical services, overseeing nursing mandates required by OPWDD and NYS standards, providing or delegating in-services related to seizures, medications, first-aid, and other health needs, assisting in budget preparation and administration, participating in administrative meetings, and supervising medical staff.
Salary: $99,338 - $108,278 annually

Qualifications
EDUCATION: RN or BS in Nursing and successful completion of the State Board Examination for licensing.
EXPERIENCE: Three to five years in human services, with at least two years in a supervisory role. Psychiatric nursing background preferred.
