Job summary

WeCare Centers is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our skilled nursing facility's nursing department and ensure high-quality resident care. This role requires strong clinical leadership in a fast-paced LTC environment, with a focus on regulatory compliance and patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include overseeing nursing operations, mentoring staff, participating in QAPI, and partnering with administration to promote a positive culture and continuous quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Active RN license
• Minimum 2 years nursing leadership in skilled nursing/long-term care
• Strong knowledge of CMS/state regulatory requirements
• Proven leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• DON or ADON experience strongly preferred
