Job summary

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of Nursing (DON) to lead and oversee nursing operations in a skilled nursing facility. The DON will manage nursing staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality standards to enhance resident care.

A minimum of 3 years in nursing leadership and an active RN license are required, with strong organizational and communication skills to mentor staff and improve outcomes.

Qualifications
