Job summary

WeCare is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to lead our nursing department at a skilled nursing facility in New Castle, PA. The DON will oversee clinical services, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive resident care excellence.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, with at least two years in nursing leadership within long-term care, strong CMS knowledge, and proven leadership. DON or ADON experience is strongly preferred, with a focus on staff development and quality

Qualifications

• Active RN license and valid licensure.
• Minimum 2 years nursing leadership in skilled nursing/long-term care.
• Strong knowledge of CMS and state regulatory requirements.
• Proven leadership and team-building abilities.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• DON or ADON experience strongly preferred.
