Job summary

WeCare Centers in New Castle, PA seeks an experienced Director of Nursing to lead the nursing department and ensure high-quality resident care. This role requires clinical leadership in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment.

The DON will supervise nursing leadership and staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality outcomes while fostering a positive workplace culture. Don or ADON experience preferred and CMS regulatory knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing leadership experience in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting.
• Strong knowledge of CMS and state regulatory requirements.
• Proven leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• DON or ADON experience strongly preferred.
