Permanent Senior Living Resident Care Director (RN or LPN) - Bedford, MA

LeaderStat is partnering with a senior living provider that brings over 25 years of excellence in the industry. We are seeking a permanent Resident Care Director (Director of Nursing) for a lovely senior living community in Bedford, MA (opened in 2023).

The Resident Care Director will work closely with a top-notch Executive Director who has been with the community since its opening, ensuring high-quality resident care and team leadership.

This company has been a leader in senior housing, development, and operations for nearly three decades, with a strong focus on hospitality and customer service.

Qualifications:

• RN or LPN license in Massachusetts (active and in good standing)
• At least 2 years of nursing leadership experience in senior living (AL/MC)
