Figma is seeking a Director of Business Operations to own monetization strategy—pricing, packaging, AI consumption models—and to build and lead a small, high-leverage team. You will collaborate with Product, Finance, Engineering, and GTM to translate strategy into shipped outcomes and directly influence executive-level decisions.

Qualifications

• Need to pair a strong strategy foundation with operating experience at a high-growth software company or top-tier PE/VC
• Ability to communicate with executive leadership with clarity and influence
• Experience turning ambiguous problems into structured decisions

Responsibilities

• Take ambiguous, high-stakes business questions from no structure to a decisible action and own the outcome
• Set direction for monetization in the AI era: pricing, packaging, consumption models, APIs, and related businesses
• Build and lead a small, exceptional team and set the bar for structured thinking and exec-ready synthesis
• Partner with Product, Finance, Engineering, and GTM to tackle hard problems
• Influence planning and capital-allocation discussions with senior leadership
