Figma is growing its design team and seeks seasoned Product Designers for Growth & Monetization to shape onboarding, account management, billing, and related experiences. You will partner with cross-functional teams to balance user needs with business goals and scale designs across the ecosystem.

The role emphasizes strategy, storytelling, and execution, with the ability to move between concept and high-fidelity visuals while advocating for the user.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience designing UX/UI for software products of similar scale.
• Strong visual craft with typography, layout and composition.
• Proficient in interaction design and prototyping.
• Experience driving design processes from discovery through launch.
• Ability to use data/metrics to inform design decisions.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to strategy and product direction.
• Craft storytelling around product needs and opportunities.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, design, and research.
• Create and iterate on flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
• Design and ship high-quality product improvements.
