Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of AI/ML solutions in production.
• Lead architectural decisions balancing innovation, scalability, cost, and maintainability.
• Act as a senior technical voice with customers, handling partner concerns and roadmap discussions.
• Scale the ML engineering organization from ~4 to >20 engineers with strong mentoring.
• Ensure production operations excellence including monitoring, incident response, and post-launch support.
