Qualifications

• 12+ years of engineering leadership experience.

• Proven ability to scale teams and reshape engineering organizations.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across Research, Design, and Product.
• Excellent communication and inspirational leadership.
• Ability to align security, privacy, and governance across programs.
• Comfort with evolving technical landscapes and enterprise software.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive holistic engineering strategy for Adobe Intelligence Platform.
• Integrate platform components across web, desktop, and mobile surfaces with global teams.
• Grow the organization by hiring, structuring teams, and developing leaders.
• Model new ways of working using AI tooling to plan, review, and ship.
• Define roadmaps for agentic orchestration, model gateways, memory systems, and catalogs.
• Set operating rhythm with partners: planning, prioritization, dependencies, progress metrics.
• Partner with Research and Design to shorten the loop from edge to production.
• Ensure observability, security, and governance are embedded in end-to-end architecture.
• Align adoption strategy to serve Adobe's three cloud offerings.
