Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/Data Science; Master’s preferred.
• 10 years engineering experience with 6 years delivering ML/AI solutions.
• 3 years in a technical leadership role.
• Proven production experience and operation of AI/ML systems.

Mansioni

• Drive end-to-end delivery of AI/ML systems from development to production.
• Lead monitoring, reliability, retraining, and cost management of AI/ML workflows.
• Build and scale MLOps capabilities for feature stores, model registries, CI/CD, and observability.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align AI/ML with product and business priorities.
