Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, statistics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of industry experience with 2–3+ years in people management or tech leadership.
• Proven ability to translate business problems into scalable ML/GenAI solutions and strong ML fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and guide Data Scientists, ML and AI engineers to build scalable solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end ML workflow including data collection, model development, deployment, and governance.
• Define strategic direction for ML projects and collaborate with stakeholders across product and engineering teams.
• Ensure responsible AI practices, including fairness, explainability, and privacy compliance.
