The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in hospitality technology and proven leadership in a global environment. The compensation ranges from $160,000 to $190,000 USD annually.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in hospitality or hospitality technology with hands-on onboarding experience.
• Proven people-leadership in a distributed global environment.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations for multi-property customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Mid-Market Onboarding team.
• Own end-to-end onboarding for mid-market customers.
• Diagnose and fix training quality gaps.
