Association for Financial Professionals (AFP) is seeking a senior leader to drive AFP Membership strategy and maximize revenue, growth, and retention. You will oversee the value proposition, pricing, and benefits while guiding cross-functional teams through data-driven decision making.

The role oversees member engagement platforms and learning systems, and requires strong leadership to foster innovation and accountability.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success leading membership or engagement strategy with measurable growth.
• Strong business acumen including revenue goals, budgets, and resources.
• Data-informed approach translating insights into action.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, performance, and P&L for AFP Membership with revenue and growth accountability.
• Enhance member experience by strengthening products, benefits, and engagement.
• Lead cross-functional teams to shape pricing, value bundles, and benefits.
• Use data and market trends to guide decisions and maximize impact.
• Provide strategic oversight for community platform and learning systems.
• Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team with accountability.
• Align initiatives with AFP priorities and global opportunities.
