Job summary

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic relationship leader for assigned associations and align goals with AMBA capabilities.
• Manage and expand association relationships, delivering measurable value.
• Drive new partnership development across the United States with discovery meetings and proposals.
• Identify opportunities to expand AMBA's marketing and distribution reach via associations.
• Develop value-add strategic partnership presentations addressing growth, retention, and engagement.
• Expand products/services available through partnerships and coordinate launches.
• Leverage marketing/distribution channels to increase member engagement and participation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement association-specific strategies.
• Identify opportunities for additional strategic support beyond benefits programs.
• Maintain a pipeline of prospects, opportunities, and marketing initiatives with clear ownership.
