This role leads the strategy, design, and execution of high-quality programs that deliver an exceptional member experience and strengthen the philanthropy ecosystem.

Position details

• Reports to: CEO


• Location: Massachusetts (hybrid - 3 days in office, including Thursday \"all in\" day)


• Travel: Local/regional meetings and conferences several times annually


• Experience required: 8+ years senior level experience leading programs or member services, including team management


• Compensation: $115,000-$125,000 (firm), plus benefits


• Role breakdown: Program 60% / Strategy 20% / Operations 20%
