Job summary

Invited’s Premier Golf & Racquet Club in Coto De Caza is seeking a Director Member Experience to shape the member journey, drive retention and revenue, and lead a cross-functional team. You will design the strategic plan, onboard new members, and manage the communication strategy across channels.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee events, partnerships with department heads, data analytics, and ongoing programs to engage members and enhance loyalty.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in hospitality, customer relations, food and beverage, private events, or marketing and communications.
• 3 years of leadership or management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the member experience strategy, focusing on retention and revenue growth.
• Plan and oversee member events and experiences across departments.
• Leverage data analytics to monitor engagement trends and adapt strategies.
• Lead the Member Experience team and collaborate with department heads.
