Job summary

Invited is seeking a Director of Member Experience at Premier Golf & Country Club in Wake Forest, NC to shape and elevate the member journey—from onboarding to long-term retention—and to drive revenue and engagement across the club. Qualifications

• 5 years in hospitality, customer relations, food and beverage, private events, or marketing.
• 3 years in a leadership or management role.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in hospitality, events, business, or marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the member experience strategy to drive revenue and engagement.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with General Manager and department heads.
• Manage onboarding, retention initiatives, and at-risk member interventions.
• Plan and execute member events and programs aligned with the club’s mission.
• Create multi-channel communications to amplify the club narrative.
• Oversee the Member Experience team, budgeting, staffing, and training.
