Job summary

Invited's Anthem Golf & Country Club seeks a Director of Member Experience to shape and elevate the member journey, drive engagement and revenue, and lead a cross-functional team. You will design onboarding, retention programs, events, and multi‑channel communications while partnering with the General Manager and department heads to align with the club's strategic goals.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to a discerning

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years of hospitality, customer relations, F&B, private events, or marketing and communications.
• 3 years in a leadership or management role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the member experience strategy to drive revenue and engagement.
• Partner with the General Manager and department heads on high‑impact initiatives.
• Leverage data analytics to monitor engagement trends and optimize retention.
• Oversee planning and execution of member events and experiences.
• Lead onboarding and early tenure programs for new members.
• Communicate club initiatives across multiple channels daily.
