Job summary

Lake Shore Country Club in Erie, PA seeks a Director of Membership and Communications to lead membership growth, retention, and outreach. You will manage member communications, coordinate with events, and supervise the Membership Department to ensure excellent service and compliance with club standards.

The role requires a strong background in hospitality or club management, +5 years in a related area, and a proven ability to work with diverse external constituencies.

Qualifications

• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with supervisory/administrative staff, employees, guests and the general public.
• Direct and oversee the activities of the Membership Department and control its budget.
• Knowledge of and ability to perform required role in emergency situations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement membership programs and communications to increase and retain members.
• Represent the club in its relationships with external constituencies.
• Maintain membership database and process applications.
• Coordinate with Events Manager on the master calendar.
• Organize member recruitment activities and tours for prospective members.
