Job summary

Invited in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Director of Member Experience to shape the member journey, drive revenue and boost engagement across the club. You will lead onboarding, retention initiatives, and a multi-channel communication plan while guiding the Member Experience team.

This role collaborates with the General Manager and department heads to deploy high-impact programs, analyze data trends, and elevate service standards at Gainey Ranch Golf Club, helping to create a vibrant, loyal member

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years of experience in hospitality, customer relations, food and beverage, private events, or marketing and communications.
• 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
• Bachelor’s degree with a focus in hospitality management, event management, business or marketing and communications.
• Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
• Advanced in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the member experience strategy, focusing on the quantitative (retention, spend) and qualitative (experience) goals.
• Partner with the General Manager and Department Heads to implement revenue-generating strategies across departments.
• Leverage data analytics to monitor member engagement trends and optimize retention efforts.
• Oversee planning and execution of all member events and programs with innovation and alignment to the club’s mission.
• Create a multi-channel communication strategy to convey the club’s narrative across email, social media, signage, and digital platforms.
• Develop a seamless onboarding process for new members and manage early tenure and at-risk member interventions.
• Continuously assess and refine the member journey to adapt to member needs and club goals.
