Job summary

Invited is hiring a Director of Member Experience at Gainey Ranch Golf Club in Scottsdale, AZ. This role leads strategies to enhance member engagement, retention, and revenue across all club departments, including events and communications.

You will manage onboarding, retention initiatives, and a multi-channel communications plan to keep members informed and engaged while collaborating with the General Manager and department heads to deliver exceptional service and experiences.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in hospitality, customer relations, private events, or marketing/communications.
• 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the member experience strategy focusing on retention and engagement.
• Partner with the General Manager and department heads to drive revenue across departments.
• Leverage data analytics to monitor member engagement trends and inform strategy.
• Oversee planning and execution of all member events and programs.
• Onboard new members and manage early tenure and retention interventions.
