gFiber is seeking a senior leader to own brand, product and growth marketing for MXU and commercial spaces. You will shape strategy, segmentation and execution across marketing and partner disciplines, partnering with Sales, Product Strategy, Digital, and Operations.

The role drives enterprise acquisition and growth, refining segmentation and positioning while leading campaigns across cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in relevant field.
• 7 years of experience in marketing with leadership roles.
• 3 years in MDU/SMB or Commercial telecom/tech marketing.
• Proven track record of high impact marketing, exceeding goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop market positioning and go-to-market strategies for MDU, SMB and commercial segments.
• Collaborate with product, sales, digital, operations, and finance to align goals and campaigns.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Identify opportunities in MDU residential and B2B marketing; design lifecycle marketing programs.
• Monitor KPIs and optimize strategies based on campaign performance.
